at the bottom of page 1 of the Tuba part (in Auto Breaks) and drag the first stave on page 1 up a bit (and then the Title back down) to avoid the one-line page 3. I then looked at the Parts, expecting chaos! But, actually, you've done a good job there. You can have a Concert Pitch score if you like, but a Transposed one is more usual for this type of music. If you reduce the Staff Size to 6, three systems per page will magically happen! Is 'Cin, O' short for 'Cincinnati, Ohio'? I don't know if 'Cin' is an acceptable abbreviation for that city (but wouldn't it get a period?), but I think it should be 'OH' rather than just 'O'. You could edit the default position of the Copyright Text style, but it's probably easier to just manually move it up a bit. The Copyright Text will still be a bit low - the standard position doesn't really anticipate a 4 line object. You're only going to get two systems on that page, because of the title, so you can afford to increase bottom margin quite a lot. Luckily the Document Setup page allows different margin settings for the first page. Yes, you need a little more bottom margin on the first page, to accommodate the long copyright text item. A few things might still need manual adjustment, but a lot more would snap into place. In fact, the whole score would benefit from Select All then Reset Position. Neat! (You're brave, asking brass players for 'fff'!) It will appear under each instrument's first note. Or, where EVERYONE gets the same dynamic, you can select that bar right down the score and enter the dynamic just once. Then the dynamic will attach in the default position. I suggest you select the note, then press Ctrl-E, then Ctrl-fff (or whatever). The first thing I noticed about your score was the rather erratic placing of the initial dynamics.
